Each level offers convenient access, making this expansive home feel intimate and manageable for groups of any size. Sunday check-in adds flexibility to your vacation planning, while the elevator provides easy access to most levels.

Indoor entertainment abounds with 23 TVs throughout the home, a dedicated home theater, and an expansive recreation room. The private 30x16 pool creates a resort-like atmosphere with its poolside cabana featuring an outdoor TV. Additional outdoor luxuries include hot tub, gas grill, outdoor shower, and direct beach access via a private walkway. The seasonal fireplace (October-March) adds cozy ambiance during cooler months, while the third-floor loft with two rooftop oceanview decks provides spectacular vantage points for sunrise viewing.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
