The ground level amenities are designed to capture the attention of everyone in your group! A stately recreation lounge features handsome patterned ceramic tile floors and is fully equipped with a regulation-size pool table, foosball table, shuffleboard, poker table with four chairs, sofa and armchair seating and a bar with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and bar seating. Guests will flock to the high-performance theater to enjoy their favorite movies and sporting events. This space provides tiered seating for sixteen, surround sound, Blu-ray, and an 80" flatscreen TV. A half bath and laundry facilities are located on this level. Bedding options include four king suites with flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms (one is special access friendly) and two additional suites that each offer two pyramid bunks, flatscreen TVs, and private bathrooms.

Doors open from the rec room to resort-style outdoor amenities. A sparkling 32.0 x 16.0 private pool with a baby pool takes center stage, and abundant lounge chairs are provided for your daily dose of Vitamin D. Take refuge from the sun at the poolside cabana with bar seating, an outdoor TV, and an enclosed shower. Stroll on the private walkway to experience beach adventures or rest on the sheltered dune-top gazebo to watch beach activities. Unwind and replenish in the soothing hot tub and enjoy outdoor dining with the gas grill and two outdoor showers for rinsing off after beach time.

Eight luxurious king suites comprise the first floor sleeping accommodations. All offer flatscreen TVs and private bathrooms; one has a private front deck, and one is oceanside with water views and direct covered deck access. A stylish media den provides a comfortable place to gather. It features hardwood floors, ocean views, covered deck access, and is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, desk and chair, and a wet bar with a sink, mini-fridge, and microwave. A half bath and laundry facilities are conveniently located on this floor for easy access.

Soaring ceilings and dramatic views of the Atlantic create a beautiful backdrop to a fine selection of coastal furnishings. The top level great room is ideally designed for entertaining and features multiple seating areas around a cozy seasonal fireplace (October-March). One area is comprised of a sectional sofa nestled around the fireplace and flatscreen TV. The second offers two sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table. Groupings of armchairs create two additional intimate conversation areas. Two dining tables seat many guests, and an oceanfront table seats four. A half bathroom is centrally located, and sliding glass doors open to a furnished sun deck with sensational ocean and sunrise views. The kitchen overlooks the great room, and the design creates a wonderful flow for meal preparations. Chefs are surrounded by exquisite cabinetry, granite countertops, and an array of stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators with icemakers, two ranges, two ovens, a microwave, and two dishwashers. Coffee lovers in the group will find a Keurig and a standard drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Casual dining is available at the kitchen island with bar seating for twelve guests. A full kitchenette is located across from the kitchen, providing a great area for overflow service. This space has granite countertops, a refrigerator with an icemaker, a mounted flatscreen TV, and bar seating for seven.

Sleeping accommodations on the top level include two luxurious suites with king beds, flatscreen TVs, and private baths with custom tile showers, one with a Jacuzzi tub and its own covered deck.
