Start your day with coffee on the furnished, covered deck, where views of the sound, canal, and docks set the scene for a relaxing stay. Keep an eye on the sound—you may even spot dolphins playing in the water right from the condo. The primary queen suite features a spacious private bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Two additional queen bedrooms share a hall bathroom, making the layout comfortable for couples, friends, or families. Two flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, and both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig keep everyday conveniences close at hand.

Bring your boat and make the most of the waterfront setting. Your stay includes a 25-foot boat slip at Rudder Canal #73, just across the street. Back on land, explore four miles of lighted community docks, perfect for leisurely walks along the canals. Spend sunny afternoons at the seasonal community pool, unwind in the hot tub, or let little ones splash in the kiddie pool. A poolside snack bar, fitness center, playground, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts offer plenty of ways to fill the day. For a quieter moment by the water, visit the community’s small beach area, the Peninsula.

Pirate’s Cove’s marina brings even more vacation possibilities to your doorstep. Book an offshore, nearshore, or inlet fishing charter, enjoy a waterfront meal overlooking the boats, or settle in with a drink at seasonal Mimi’s Tiki Hut. It’s easy to make a full day of the community without venturing far from your condo.

Just a short drive away, downtown Manteo invites you to slow down and explore its waterfront boardwalk, locally owned shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Visit the Roanoke Marshes Lighthouse, step aboard the Elizabeth II at Roanoke Island Festival Park, or plan a day discovering the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island and The Elizabethan Gardens. When the ocean calls, the beaches of Nags Head & the rest of the Outer Banks are a short drive away—giving you the best of waterfront relaxation, small-town charm, and classic Outer Banks beach days.

A building elevator makes unloading luggage and groceries easy, and a ground-floor outdoor shower is convenient after beach days. Two uncovered parking spaces are included; off-site boat and Jet Ski trailer parking is available for a fee. (Community pool and select amenities are seasonal. The elevators are a community amenity & not controlled by the homeowner.)
