Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a completely gated private pool with hot tub and outside shower. To the back of the home is a entirely fenced yard with a gas grille. Inside you'll find a Rec Room with pool table, pool deck access and a  wet bar with full-size refrigerator and sink. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, Master Bedroom with a Double/Double Bunk Set with a flat-screen TV, desk and private bathroom.

Mid Level: King Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and attached semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to hallway). Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom, Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Half bath between levels. 

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/ DVD, gas fireplace and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating 10 and a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, screened porch access and private bathroom.

Repeat Renter Discount: This home offers a 10% repeat renter discount. Must be applied at the time of booking.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.

Booking: After booking, you will receive an e-mail with instructions to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your online payment within 3 days, to avoid cancellation. During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. We offer optional travel insurance as well as other optional costs that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. *Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 3 days to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
