A six-foot-long fish cleaning station with lights and water waits off the first-floor deck. After spending the day on the Avon pier, located just one street over, bring the day's fresh catch home to savor with the whole family!

On the mid-level there are three bedrooms, one of which is a king master with private bath. The second king has a semi-private bath with an entrance from both the room as well as the hallway which accepts for simple access from the middle room containing a regular as well as a pyramid bunk. Upstairs, the great room features great ocean vistas, and home theater system with 47" flat screen LED energy saver TV and surround sound which makes you feel like you're part of the action. Take advantage of the complimentary wireless and hardwire high speed internet. Working remotely? A new workstation has been added to keep you on task and back to your BEACH HAVEN heaven. New for 2025: The second level master bathroom will be completely refreshed with new floor, new lighting, a walk-in shower, and a new toilet and vanity!New for 2024: All TVs are now Intelligent TVs. New LVP floor in all four bedrooms and new carpet installed on the stairs. New for 2023: Stock up on groceries for the week with the new enormous refrigerator. Also new for 2023, a six-foot-long fish cleaning station with lights and water will be added off the first-floor deck. Bring the day's fresh catch home to appreciate with the whole family! Looking for a space to work remotely? This year will include a dedicated workstation, ideal for you to concentrate on your tasks so you can get back to entirely casual bliss.
