A short drive north will take you to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the historic Whalehead Club as well.

The living area features ample seating and a flatscreen TV perfect for watching movies and shows with your friends and family. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay and there’s plenty of seating at the dining room table for 6 as well as the breakfast bar with seating for 3. Plus, Shades by The Sea features a covered, furnished balcony that’s perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee while taking in the warm breeze of the OBX. When it’s time to get some rest for the night, head to one of the two bedrooms for some shuteye.
