The top-level features an open living space with ocean views from the dining area, decks, and loft, plus a fully equipped kitchen perfect for family meals. Five of the six bedrooms have direct bathroom access, and with two wraparound decks, there's plenty of room to greet the morning sun or sneak away with a book. Guests staying in mid-level bedroom with two twins will enjoy an additional private deck! The ground-level rec room adds a second hangout space, complete with a foosball table for friendly competition.

Outside, the private pool area offers plenty of room to lounge, dine, and play. Fire up the grill while the kids splash, or unwind in the covered hot tub for a well-earned evening soak. Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
