The upper level has a sunny, roomy living room with tons of seating, a dining area seating up to 10 people, kitchen and second master bedroom with a queen bed and bath. New for 2023: Shifting Sands will have an elevator for guest use. New 7-person hot tub. New home décor and new Intelligent TVs with Roku Streaming capability. Smoking no longer allowed.
