Sea Breeze in Avon is the perfect getaway for your next small family Outer Banks vacation. This quaint, pet-friendly Hatteras Island home features plenty of outside seating on the screened porch and sundeck. Take in the ocean views from the crow's nest and relax the day away.
Spend your morning sipping coffee and listening to the sound of waves breaking on the shore. Shopping, restaurants and the Avon Pier are easy to get to from the multi-use path along Highway 12. Community beach access is a short 275 feet away. The ground level decking under the house makes unloading quick and easy.
*Sea Breeze is pet-friendly. The owners are willing to accommodate up to 4 dogs. Please call the Avon office at (252) 995-5865 for approval and to have the additional pet fee applied.
