Mornings begin with the glow of sunrise spilling across the water, enjoyed from nearly every corner of the home, whether you’re lingering over coffee in the living room, preparing breakfast in the kitchen, or stepping outside onto the deck to take in the salty air. As the day winds down, golden sunsets paint the sky, visible from the kitchen, the top-level primary bedroom, and even the middle floor, making every moment feel special.

When it’s time for the beach, you’re just a short, easy 1–2 minute walk away, with beach access only 50 yards from the house. Beyond the sand and surf, MILO’S WAVES places you close to everything Corolla has to offer, from dining and shopping to golf and local favorites, with Harris Teeter conveniently located just a half mile to the north.
