This fantastic oceanfront vacation home offers alluring ocean views and is complete with many amenities, including a 29'x13' private (heated) pool, hot tub, 4-hole putting green, game room with a pool table and a wet bar, a renovated kitchen with all-new appliances (including 2 dishwashers), a gas grill, and high-speed StarLink internet.

The top deck provides full ocean views and is equipped with polywood chairs for watching incomparable sunrise, surfers, or dolphins playing in the water. There is also a 6-seat polywood table for outdoor dining on the top deck, and another in the pool area. Additionally, there is dining area on the top level front porch, where sunsets can be seen over the sound.

For the kids and young at heart, SAILS-2 offers a spacious game and media room equipped with a pool table, big screen SMART TV ( 3D soundbar, and hookups for gaming systems), Arcade1Up game consoles, and a high-fi stereo. Additionally, this area has been outfitted with a fridge, a sink and a small microwave for popping popcorn for your favorite movies. Everyone in the family can watch movies, play games, and connect wireless to friends and family back home. Putters and golf balls are available for the front yard putting green.

All TVs are streaming-capable, and StarLink can handle high volume. Major TV networks are included at no cost.

As a bonus, SAILS-2 provides a Culligan water cooler and one complimentary 5 gallon bottle of premium Culligan drinking water per week. Additional bottles can be provided at a nominal cost, or purchased at the grocery store. A coffee bar with multiple brewing options has also been added in the gourmet kitchen.

The private pool is open from Mid-April to Mid-October, with optional pool heat available for $350.
