Enjoy the hot summer days in the private 14x25 saltwater pool and barbecuing on the gas grill. This home has 6 TVs with cable, including 60” flat panel TVs and surround sound on the ground and top levels, with HDMI game hookup available. For evenings in, enjoy the recreation room, equipped with a Foosball table, wet bar, full size refrigerator and cornhole boards. For early risers heading to the beach for the sunrise, Keurig coffee makers are conveniently located on each level!

Close proximity to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants makes Pelican Briefs a great retreat any time of the year.

The private saltwater pool is open 2nd week of May to 2nd week of October and the hot tub is open year-round.
