Please note the elevator does not provide access from the carport level.

The spacious great room offers a well equipped kitchen, dining table with seating for 12, breakfast bar with stools, and access to a loft/nook for you to cozy up with a good book. Ocean views abound. The large sundeck with ample deck furniture provides front row seats to gorgeous sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean. From this top level deck you can also relax for a soak in the bubbly hot tub while being soothed by the ocean's lapping waves.

Located in the picturesque village of Avon, Ocean's Allure offers your family the very best of Hatteras Island. Slip on your flip flops and experience Avon's pristine beaches via the designated beach access to help protect the dunes. Avon is famous for unparalleled fishing, kiteboarding and windsurfing. Owner offers Raise the Bar Fitness facility privileges to all guests. A refundable security deposit of $60 cash is required for the use of the key fob to the fitness facility. The key fob must be returned to the Avon office upon checkout.

Mid Level: 4 en suites with private baths (2 kings, 2 queens) with TVs and decks; den with a TV and ocean views.

Landing between Mid and Top Levels: Half bath

Top Level: Great room with ocean views, cathedral ceilings, TV; gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, breakfast bar and upscale appliances; large dining area; king en suite with TV, a Jacuzzi tub, and a deck with ocean views and a hot tub.

Loft: Quiet sitting area with spectacular ocean views.
