Gather around the large island while dinner comes together, settle into the new sofas for a movie, or carry your coffee out to the wraparound deck for ocean breezes and partial sound views. A separate office/den offers a quiet spot to read or catch up on work, and bedrooms across all three levels give everyone space to recharge.
