Inside, the home offers a bright, open-concept top floor where the great room, dining area, and kitchen all take in sweeping ocean views through large picture windows. The middle floor wraparound deck provides an incredible vantage point of the ocean and overlooks the pool area, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. Comforts & Conveniences

Sleeping arrangements include four king bedrooms, one of them a private suite, plus a bunk room with a twin bunk and trundle, served by three full baths and two half baths. Six TVs are spread throughout the home, and free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected. Five parking spaces make arrival day simple for a larger group, and a seasonal fireplace (October through March) adds a cozy touch to cool-weather stays. Two dogs are welcome with a fee, so the whole family can come along. The private pool is open 5/1/2026 through 10/9/2026 and 4/30/2027 through 10/10/2027, and this home features a Friday check-in.

Nags Head is a classic setting for an Outer Banks family beach vacation, and the location still delivers. Outlet shopping, mini golf, and a wide range of restaurants sit just minutes from the door.

2026 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2026 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2026 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
