Life's A Beach at this fabulous vacation destination! Newly constructed and boasting four bedrooms, three baths, and soothing coastal decor and high-end furnishings, you're sure to feel relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated during your stay! Sheets and towels are provided for your convenience, and beds are made upon arrival.

The top level of Life's a Beach offers a bubbly six-person hot tub. You can relax in the beautiful red Adirondack chairs that the owners have thoughtfully provided.

As you enter Life's a Beach, the kitchen offers granite counters and stainless appliances with plenty of space to prepare those delicious meals. This home is fully equipped with everything you will need, including a Keurig coffee maker so morning coffee is a breeze.

The great room has high-end furnishings in soothing coastal colors, and a large flat screen TV with streaming services available. As you go down the hall on this level there is bedroom with two twin beds and a flat screen TV, a full bath in the hallway, another bedroom with a pyramid bunk and flat screen TV, and finally a large king en suite with private bath and a beautiful tiled shower with a flat screen TV.

The lower level is a great spot to gather together. There is a full-size refrigerator, a three-seat pub table, and a comfy sofa to watch TV or just discuss the days' adventures. There is another queen bedroom with a flat screen TV, and a full bath.

Outside the deluxe outdoor shower is the perfect place to wash off the sand from the beach. Decks offer both covered and uncovered areas for your enjoyment. Behind the home is a small lake that could be fished in, or even a small kayak could possibly be put in here. Enjoy watching the turtles, birds, and deer in the evenings. The beach is only a seven-minute walk from the house. Located close to a full-service grocery store, restaurants, shopping, and is close to numerous sightseeing locations. Limited parking is available on the north end of Ocean View Drive by Hwy 12.

You will return year after year to Life's A Beach.

For 2026, this home will include credit for $245 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
