Need a view of the Sound? Take your pick! This level also features a huge screened in porch and a front deck with Adirondack furniture, both overlooking the famous body of water. This level features 2 King Bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The kitchen features custom hickory cabinets and granite counters. The flooring in the kitchen, dining area and family room and sitting room is all beautiful Philippine Mahogany.

More relaxing happens on the second level. For starters, this level features a King Bedroom, as well as another room containing two Full Size beds joined by a full bathroom. In the room above the garage, there is a pool table and a foosball table, a surround sound system, a wet bar, and a large flat screen T.V. There are also 2 Queen pull-outs and a full bath. There are plenty of memories to be made in this area, and all while the Sound sits blissfully within view from the magnificent bay windows.

In addition to the aforementioned pool and hot tub, this home features a fish cleaning station and a small private sound front beach area. There is a gas grill for home cooked experiences! There is also a private boat dock with this home. The private dock features 4 jet ski launches, a spot where renters can moor their own boat during a stay and a furnished, covered gazebo where you can view the most fabulous sunrises on the Outer Banks. Bring your own boat and Sea Doos and launch them from right next door at the Poplar Branch Boat Dock. It is a short 12-minute boat ride from this private dock to Duck or Corolla!

This home may not allow pets, but there are multiple facilities nearby which certainly do! These include Eastern Shore Animal Hospital in Grandy and Ocean Sands K-9 Resort in Kill Devil Hills. This way, you can bring your furry family members to the Outer Banks as well and see them whenever you like!

Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
