Come stay with us at Summerland, a newly redecorated 5-bedroom home located within The Currituck Club, a premier gated community in Corolla!

On the third level of Summerland, there is a spacious, comfortable living area and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This level also includes a dining area with a table for eight and a breakfast table for four. Step outside to the wraparound deck to enjoy your morning coffee at the outside dining area with views of the golf course fairway. There is a Queen En suite bedroom and half bathroom off the stairway landing down to the second level.

After a long day of making vacation memories, retire to the second level that has two King En Suites, one with its own private balcony access. Also on this level is a Twin bedroom and Pyramid Bunk Bedroom with trundle and private deck access which share a full bathroom in the hallway.

On the first level, the competitive members of the family can play a game of pool, ping pong, or foosball while the others can lounge by the private pool. Or relax in the hot tub with a refreshing beverage from the kitchenette with a wet bar also on the first level. This level also includes a full bathroom.

Enjoy the luxurious amenities of the gated Currituck Club community. Jump in one of the three community pools or find yourself sitting at the tiki bar. Spend a day golfing or playing tennis. There's a court for almost every sports lover in this pristine neighborhood! There is even a trolley to transport guests around the community to the pool and play areas. For access to community amenities, guests can pick up wristbands at the tiki bar or the fitness center office.

No on street parking. No campers, trailers, boats, or other recreational vehicles may be parked in the community. Fishing in the golf course ponds is prohibited.

**Private outdoor community pools and/or waterpark play areas are available, weather permitting, beginning on Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. Please know that pool operating dates are subject to change at any point, for any reason.**

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days.**

Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-Out is 10am.
