Looking to get out and explore? The home is perfectly placed in-between the towns of Duck and Corolla. You're just minutes from the quaint Duck Town Park Boardwalk, where you can stroll down to relax among gorgeous sound-side sunsets and experience some award-winning local cuisine and shops on the stunning waterfront, or visiting Corolla's historic Currituck Beach Lighthouse.

A multi-level 8 bedroom home with room to relax throughout, the whole group will love its spacious layout. The third level features a roomy living area for the whole family; you'll find plenty of space in the great room to host a family gathering. Everyone will feel right at home sitting together on the comfy couches while watching a great flick on the flatscreen TV. Want to dine indoors or get a little air? The large dining area features a long table for twelve, as well as access to the wrapround sun deck, which includes seating for taking in gorgeous Outer Banks sunrises or sunsets. A beautiful kitchen with granite counter-tops and breakfast bar seating for five is well-equipped with everything necessary to create delicious dishes. The third level is also where guests will find a pleasant den area with a Queen sleeper sofa, as well as two of the King En Suite bedrooms with sliding glass doors to privately access the deck.

Head down to the second level to find two spacious King En Suite bedrooms, an additional King bedroom, as well as an En Suite bunk bedroom with Twin over Full and Twin over Twin bunk sets. A separate bedroom includes a Twin over Full bunk and Twin trundle bed. Hang out on this level's wrap-around deck where you'll find a great place to just sit back in the hot tub. If you listen, you'll hear the crashing waves in the distance.

The first level is where the last bedroom, the En Suite Twin bunk bedroom with two bunk sets, is located. Convenience lies around every corner here - take advantage of the kitchenette with full fridge and wet bar; no need to walk to the third level kitchen for a drink. The home's recreation room invites everyone to come have fun together and play a round of pool or shuffleboard, while others may want to head out onto the pool deck to relax and lounge by the pool! Plenty of seating encompasses the poolside area to lay back and take in the Outer Banks sun. Grill out a delicious meal on the gas grill and dine in or end your days simply enjoying your private tiki bar!

Staying at Belle Eire also means guests have access to Pine Island's variety of community amenities. You can enjoy two large pools, one next to the Beach Club and oceanside, easy access to the oceanfront, and recreational offerings including basketball, tennis and volleyball courts.

**Private unheated pools will open on April 16th and close on October 1st. Hot Tubs are available year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**Special events are welcome at this home! For an additional fee plus tax, you and your party can host a special event. All events require approval via Event Addendum. Most know The Cotton Gin as a must-stop shop for fine gifts, beachwear, souvenirs and so much more, but this retailer has a long-standing history within the Outer Banks. A local landmark that holds almost a century of memories, The Cotton Gin started from humble beginnings and continues to adapt to the times and tourists. Tommy Wright’s family has been in the Outer Banks for nearly 200 years. His great-great grandfather, Jacob Francis Wright, shipwrecked in Duck back in the early 1800s. Calling these barrier islands his new home, Wright and his family acclimated to their new environment.

 

Adaptation is a common theme for the Wright family. Tommy and his wife Candace, who continue to steer The Cotton Gin, have seen not only their business change with the times, but the Outer Banks as a vacation destination as well. A farm market in Jarvisburg eventually transformed and flourished into several retail locations dotting the Outer Banks.

 

“As the area changed and tourism took off in the 1960s, the family saw people coming for vacations, so they began to grow vegetables and things developed from there,” says Tommy Wright. The Wright family expanded upon the farm market and began to remodel a working cotton gin, later transforming the gin into The Cotton Gin general store in the late 1960s. While the additions to the farm store drew visitors, it was their encounters with the Wright family that kept people coming back year after year, which is something that remains true today.
