With two living areas, relaxing screened-in porches, and a covered deck with a horizon ocean view, this home is the perfect place to settle in and enjoy your Outer Banks getaway.

The ground level offers a comfortable living area with a TV, creating a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day or enjoy a casual meal together. A full bathroom on this level adds convenience, while two screened-in porches provide inviting outdoor spaces to enjoy the coastal breeze. One porch features a picnic table, making it a great place to gather for an easy outdoor meal.

Upstairs, you will find a second living area with a TV, offering additional space for your group to relax, watch a movie, or enjoy some downtime. The three bedrooms include a private King En Suite with its own full bathroom, a Queen Bedroom, and a bedroom with two Single beds. A full hall bathroom serves the additional bedrooms. When it is time to enjoy the outdoors, step onto the covered deck, where deck furniture and a horizon ocean view set the scene for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or stargazing in the evening.

Outside, rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day of sand and surf, then fire up the gas grill for a family cookout. Weekly Discovery Memberships are $100 per person and can be purchased through the Village Beach Club website. KEES guests will receive an exclusive deal after booking your vacation rental for $25 off per person. Children 2 and under are free.

Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
