The ground level sets the stage for fun and relaxation. The spacious game room opens directly to your outdoor oasis, complete with a private pool, hot tub, and fenced rear yard, making it the perfect home base after a day on the water. Two bedrooms on this level offer convenient access for guests who prefer to skip the stairs, and an elevator serves all three floors for effortless living throughout.

The main level is the heart of the home. A chef-inspired kitchen with quartz countertops, a grand island, and a separate service kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room and elegant living area with an electric fireplace. Covered verandas and graceful interior details, including coffered ceilings, glass transoms, and custom trim, make this level as beautiful as it is functional. An additional bedroom and a first-floor En Suite round out this floor.

Kill Devil Hills is one of the Outer Banks' most beloved towns, and Saltaire puts you right in the middle of it all. History buffs will love being just minutes from the Wright Brothers National Memorial, where Orville and Wilbur made their first powered flights in 1903 and forever changed the world. Spend a morning exploring the monument grounds, then grab lunch at one of the area's standout local spots. Outer Banks Brewing Station, the first wind-powered brewery in the country, is just down the road and a local favorite for craft beer and casual dining. Tortuga's Lie has been a KDH staple for years, known for its relaxed atmosphere and fresh seafood. For a quick bite or a morning coffee, Sugar Creek Soundfront and Swells Coffee are both close by. Saltaire is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $185, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $100 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.

This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.

Check-in begins at 4 pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.

Check-out is 10 am.

Guests of our home enjoy access to the exclusive Village Beach Club, a premier oceanfront retreat in the heart of Nags Head, just 6 miles from Saltaire.

This private club offers a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, parking, and direct beach access with showers and changing facilities, making it easy to go from sand to poolside in mere minutes. You will also find a casual restaurant and bar, shaded lounge areas, and seasonal activities perfect for families or a relaxing solo escape. It's the ideal spot to unwind for a day on the Outer Banks.

Parking is $25 per car per day and access to the pool and beach is free. The Village Beach Club is open May 1 to October 1, with the club itself open until 5:00pm. The community pool is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm, May 25 to September 7, 2026.
