As an oceanfront property, Guilford offers direct beach access, but dune and beach conditions are subject to natural changes throughout the year.

Lower Level: Outdoor shower located right as you come off the beach.

Mid Level: Living area with a large TV and Blu-ray player, dining area, kitchen, queen bedroom with a wall-mounted TV, sliding glass door to the deck with picnic table, and a full bathroom.

Top Level: 4 spacious bedrooms all with queen beds. The two oceanfront rooms also come with TVs, a completely renovated and remodeled full hall bath.
