All bedrooms on this level have access to the deck with sound vistas and relaxing hot tub. All bedrooms in the home come equipped with a 32" TV. The top-level features one more king master suite and the grandiose great room surrounded by windows and heightened by vaulted ceilings. A huge flat screen TV is available to the group and doors lead out onto the top deck with splendid vistas of the Pamlico Sound and some of the best sunsets in Salvo. The dining area is located next to the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and breakfast bar for additional seating. A few steps up is a comfortable crow's nest with a home office equipped with a desk and monitor. The home is located on the closest lot to the beach in the Wind Over Waves neighborhood and has community amenities that make it the ideal location for soundside windsports and fun with a boat ramp and pier into the sound just a short walk from the home. New for 2022: All new floor in bedrooms and throughout second floor. Replaced all carpet on stairs with wood treads and new wainscot risers. Crow’s nest is now a home office. New Polywood outdoor pool furnishings, new beds, new living room furnishings and refreshed décor.
