Bedroom #6 is furnished with 2 Twin beds and has direct access to the sound-view covered deck. Each bedroom is equipped with Intelligent TVs. After a day in the sun, savor the theater room with comfortable seating, a huge TV, a home theater system, a Blu-Ray player, and a wet bar. Also on this level is a laundry room and an office nook.
Top Level: As you make your way to the top floor, you will enter the remarkable great room with vaulted ceilings, expansive sound vistas from floor-to-ceiling windows, and ample seating for everybody. The chef's kitchen is equipped with double stainless steel appliances, a enormous island, all of the cookware you will need, a breakfast bar that seats 4, a high-top dining table that seats 8, and another dining table that seats 10. Directly off the living area, you will find Bedroom #7, a sizeable King suite with sound vistas and an attached cavernous full bathroom boasting a whirlpool tub and large shower. From the living area, you will have access to the sound-facing decks. A half bathroom is also located near the staircase landing.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
