As you enter the home, you’ll immediately notice the open living area with access to the south-facing deck. The chef’s kitchen is equipped with gourmet appliances, granite countertops, and all of the cookware you will need to prepare today’s catch. Access to the laundry is off the kitchen area. The dining and living areas are both furnished with comfortable furnishings for the entire family.  Make your way up the spiral staircase to the loft area with both ocean and sound vistas!  The loft area offers a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The living area is furnished with a Intelligent TV with access to streaming services.

Down the hallway and you will find all three bedrooms. Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen bed and has an attached private bathroom with a glass shower. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a king bed.  Bedroom #3 is furnished with a pyramid bunk with an additional twin trundle… ideal for the little ones in your group. Both bedrooms share a full cavernous bathroom located off the hallway. There is a hairdryer in each bathroom. Each bedroom provides a Intelligent TV with access to streaming services.  

Extras: Outside shower, a roomy yard, a fire pit, a charcoal grille, a fish cleaning station, access to a storage, yard games, beach gear, cornhole, giant Jenga, giant Connect Four, horseshoe pit, beach chairs, and beach toys for your use. Linens and towels are supplied all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
