Queen Master Bedroom with TV and private bathroom, Bedroom with 2 Singles, Queen Bedroom and a full hall bathroom. Roof level crows nest deck with ocean vistas.

Extras: 2 TVs, DVD player, high speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, parking for 4 cars, outside shower, sun decks, washer/dryer, high chair, books, puzzles, games, charcoal grille and deck furnishings. No Smoking. NO FAMILY PETS. Full week units only. Distance to beach access: 400'. Beds: 2 Queens, 2 Singles. House Address: 1212 S. Virginia Dare Trail, Kill Devil Hills. This property charges a mandatory security deposit in the amount of $250 per reservation, returnable pending no damage.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
