Ground Level: Ground Level Conveniences include a fenced-in private pool area, covered 8-person hot tub area, outdoor shower, carport and driveway for up to 3 cars, fish cleaning station, corn hole, and charcoal grille. As you enter the home, you are greeted with a game room that is furnished with couches, a foosball table, an XBOX 360 with games, a Intelligent TV, DVDs, books, board games, and a wet bar with a sink and refrigerator. Make your way across the hall to a convenient full bathroom.

Mid Level: From the game room staircase you will make your way up to the mid level which offers you 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room, and a covered deck. Bedroom # 1 is a Queen bedroom with an attached private full bath and access to the partially covered deck with a sizable hammock and two-person swing. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a King bed and also has access to the partially covered deck. Bedroom #3 has a Twin bunk bed and 2 Twin beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Intelligent TVs.

Top Floor: The top floor features a well-appointed kitchen, a main living area, a bedroom, a full bathroom, and a Captain's Watch area. The living area includes a 46" widescreen TV with streaming services supplied, a sectional couch, and access to a half bathroom. The living room also has access to a sun deck with a stainless steel gas grille. A screened porch is also connected to the sun deck with additional seating and a swinging chair. The kitchen is equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal with plenty of cookware, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats 2. The dining area has room for the entire family to gather with a table seating 8. Bedroom #4 is located directly off the living area and has a King bed and an attached full bathroom that is also accessible from the staircase landing. From the landing is a Captain’s Watch reading area for two, a peaceful peaceful hideaway with an ocean view.

Linens and towels are included all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep couches, top bunk beds, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an e-mail 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation. We offer optional travel insurance that you can opt in or out of on your lease agreement. Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
