The oceanfront pool has large sundecks with grilling areas and picnic tables nearby. Community tennis courts, basketball courts and playground areas are great for wearing out the kids and access to the community WiFi will keep you connected to home. A coin-operated laundry facility is also available. Colony By The Sea Community amenities are currently being updated. New pictures coming soon.

Please note, mattress sizes for bunk bed is not a normal twin size, they are 5 feet in length.

There is no elevator available at this unit or building.

The 2023 Colony by the Sea community outdoor pool dates are TBD.
