Upper Level: Kitchen, Living Room w/Flat screen TV w/Roku & Blu Ray/DVD, Dining Room, Family Room w/TV w/Roku & Blu Ray/DVD,  Master Bedroom w/King w/Full Bath & TV w/Roku, Half Bath off Kitchen.

Pool Heat Fee: $300
Pool Chiller Fee: $200
Please note that pool heat can only raise the temperature 10 degrees higher than the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher). Additionally, pool chill drops the temperature approximately 15-20 degrees below the consistent ambient air temperature (60 degrees and higher). Both systems vary in capability based on temperature and other factors.
