The kitchenette offers a refrigerator (icemaker in freezer), sink, and microwave, and is convenient for storing snacks and beverages to be enjoyed poolside. There is a full shared bath, and one bedroom with two twin bunksets. Sliding glass doors open to the private pool area with a tiki bar. A basketball hoop and pickleball court are available in the driveway. Remember to pack your pickleball net, ball, and paddles. A volleyball area is located in the front yard for more friendly competition.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
