Additional interior amenities include an elevator, great room with breathtaking water views, movie theater, Smart TVs throughout, and two rec rooms with shuffleboard and a pool table.
Located in Kill Devil Hills, Atlantic Starlet is situated in an area that provides fun activities and opportunities for guests of all ages. Two miles to the south you'll find Jockey's Ridge State Park, the East Coast's largest sand dune, and perhaps the best place to catch a sunset on the Outer Banks. Fishing enthusiasts in your group? The Nags Head Fishing Pier is a short distance away, where you can drop a line in the water or enjoy a beverage at the open air pierhouse restaurant. If you're interested in historical sites, be sure to visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, climb the Bodie Island Lighthouse, or take a day trip to downtown Manteo to visit Festival Park and the Elizabethan Gardens. Favorite local restaurants are located nearby, including The Kill Devil Grill and Mama Kwan's. Three large grocery stores are minutes away.

Entertainment options are endless on the ground level, which incorporates a rec room with a shuffleboard table and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, and microwave. Your group will also love kicking back in the theater room for movie nights! Bedding on this level includes four kings with private baths, as well as two bedrooms (one with two pyramid bunks, one with two double beds) that share a bath - this bathroom has a tub.
Outside, enjoy the shade of the covered porch or step into the sun to splash in the epic pool! This area also includes two outdoor showers (one is enclosed), a grilling area, and private walkway to the beach with two dune-top decks! One of the decks is huge - the perfect place to soak up the sun.

A central lounge area on this level provides a relaxing place to read, watch a movie, or play a game of pool at the pool table! A kitchenette is available in this room, including a full-sized refrigerator, sink, microwave, and dishwasher. Similar to the ground floor, there are two bedrooms that share a bath (one with two pyramid bunks, one with two double beds, the bathroom has a tub), as well as six king bedrooms with private baths that offer tile showers. The oceanside king on this level has access to the covered deck, which expands on to a sun deck. From the sun deck, an elevated walkway leads over the pool area to the beach access and dune top gazebo.

Breathe easy as you ascend to the top floor, which offers vaulted ceilings and is designed to accommodate your large group for meal prep, dining, and relaxing. Step onto the covered deck that overlooks the pool area and on to the ocean to savor stunning views and sea breezes. Inside, there are two kitchen areas and a butlers pantry to provide plenty of space to prepare a group meal - in total, there are three refrigerators, three dishwashers, a double oven, 5-burner cooktop, two microwaves, and multiple sinks. Completing the top floor are four king bedrooms, each with a private bath.

Third Floor
- Lounge with ping-pong table, arcade games, poker/bumper pool table, wet bar with sink and mini-fridge, and a TV. Please note that the elevator does not travel to the third floor.
Updates for 2023: New furniture in great room
Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/04/2024 - 09/21/2024. Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/03/25 - 09/20/25. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temp of 60 degrees or higher needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 80 degrees.
Special Access Amenities: Ground floor king bedroom #16 on the floor plan has a bathroom that includes a low-barrier shower, shower seat and grab bar, and a slanted/roll-under sink. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
