Pool: Heated by heat pump. Ambient air temp of 60 degrees or higher needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temp is 80 degrees. The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 to 10/24/2026 and the 2027 season runs 3/27/2027 to 10/23/2027; pool heat is available for $600.00.
Special Access Amenities: Ground floor king bedroom #16 on the floor plan has a bathroom that includes a low-barrier shower, shower seat and grab bar, and a slanted/roll-under sink. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.
