Special Events Welcome: $3,500 special event fee and $3,000 refundable security deposit required for all special events. Maximum of 125 attendees, including the guests already occupying the home. Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp to the front door, an elevator, and a special access bath in ground floor king #16 (low-barrier shower, shower grab bar, shower seat). Please note that this room does not accommodate a wheelchair and that none of our homes are ADA compliant. Contact our office for additional information.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. Free high-speed wireless internet available throughout the property. Two dogs welcome with additional fee.
