Quarterdeck Restaurant

The Quarterdeck is known for serving local seafood, steaks and homemade pies. They are open twice daily for lunch and reopen for dinner serving a bountiful menu in a roomy space. The atmosphere is casual and the food down home including New York strip and ribeye steaks, seafood dinners, veal cutlets, chicken, ham, BBQ, burgers and pasta. Seafood choices include crab meat and crabcakes, founder, shrimp, scallops, oysters, clam strips, calamari and combos. Start the meal with a variety of soups including clam chowder – Hatteras and New England-style - hambone vegetable and crab bisque. Sides include comfort foods such as mashed potatoes, green beans, applesauce and more. The lunch menu includes jalapeno crab balls and crab stuffed shrooms and a variety of sandwiches, wraps and dishes including flounder, BBQ, burgers, chicken and oysters. And, of course, there is PIE! Enjoy various meringues, pecan pie, hot fudge cake and ice cream. Kids have their own menu that has seven dishes from which to choose – seafood, chicken, hamburgers and hot dogs. They can even order a Shirley Temple! The Quarterdeck has a variety of beverages including juice, sodas, tea and beer on tap. They open for lunch at 11 a.m. and close at 2 p.m. and reopen for dinner.
