Falcone’s Italian Restaurant and Pizza is a classic Italian food restaurant in a slightly busy section of Leland that’s easy to reach via US Highway 17. Tucked away in a busy shopping center, this small but welcoming restaurant features all the Italian classics in a friendly and intimate atmosphere.
The interior of this restaurant is modest but welcoming, with a handful of tables and booths that border the extensive kitchen. The menu, however, is large enough for a restaurant twice its size, and boasts a wealth of authentic Italian favorites which includes appetizers, pasta dishes, pizzas, specialty rolls and calzones, cheese steaks and subs, and entrees that are divvied up into chicken, seafood, and eggplant specialties. For something a little coastally inspired, try the shrimp scampi or the Penne Anastasia with broccoli, scallops, and shrimp in a light marinara cream sauce. For something classic and hearty, start with the hot garlic knots, and then move on to a rich pasta dish, like the Penne Putenesca, the Meat Lasagna, the Baked Ziti, or the Tortellini with Spinach and Marinara Sauce. All of the pizzas, sandwiches, and pasta-based entrees are wonderfully filling, and are sure to make both Leland locals and visitors passing through renew their appreciation for authentic Italian fare.
