Dajio was established in 2008, and in its more than 10 years of operation, the restaurant has searched the island for the best local ingredients possible to create a menu that is “Ocracoke from Scratch.” Based on what’s seasonally available, and what’s from the island landscape or the Eastern North Carolina region, patrons will be treated to a wide array of fare that is miles away from ordinary.
