Wendy's

Wendy’s is an American favorite when it comes to fast food restaurant chains, offering fresh, made-to-order hamburgers and other sandwiches, salads, side items and desserts.

Wendy’s uses fresh, not frozen, beef for an innovative approach to fast food dining.  Popular burger options include Dave’s Hot ‘N Juicy 1/4 lb Single, Dave’s Hot ‘N Juicy ½ pound double, Bacon Deluxe Single and Baconator Double. Chicken and wraps also are available, including sandwiches such as the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club, Spicy Chicken Sandwich and Monterey Ranch Crispy Chicken Sandwich. A variety of salads adds a flair to this fast food restaurant’s menu, such as the BLT Cobb Salad, Baja Salad or Berry Almond Chicken Salad. Of course, a trip to Wendy’s isn’t complete without Natural-Cut French Fries with sea salt, cooked skin-on and served hot and crispy. Satisfy your sweet tooth craving with a Frosty for a cool, creamy dessert.

You can’t go wrong with a quick meal from Wendy’s, the kids and whole family will love this familiar favorite while visiting the Outer Banks.

Wendy’s is the world’s third largest hamburger fast food restaurant chain with 6,500 restaurants in more than 27 countries. Dave Thomas opened the first Wendy’s restaurant in 1969 in Columbus, Ohio.
