Village Craftsmen is located on the back road on quaint Ocracoke Island. It features a wide variety of items including pottery, glass, jewelry, kitchenware, musical instruments, wrought iron, baskets, bells, boxes, soaps, accessories, clothes, games, kaleidoscopes, lamps & lampshades, prints, tin ware, pewter items, tiles and more.
They ship internet orders every weekday to any of the 50 United States.
Village Craftsmen was established in August of 1970. They represent over 300 U.S. craftsmen and craftswomen. The trip to the shop, traveling unpaved Howard Street nestled amongst island oaks is reason alone to follow the path that ends at the island shop.
