Outside you will find the private pool, cabana, hot tub, gas and charcoal grills, two outdoor showers, and 12 parking spaces. A seasonal fireplace is available October through March, and the elevator makes moving luggage and beach gear between levels effortless.

Max pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 4/4/2026 through 10/24/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 3/27/2027 through 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $500.00.
