Inside, the home will feature new LVP floor throughout, fresh paint, new ceiling fans, updated and new furnishings and décor, as well as a new water filtration system on the kitchen sink, and two Ecobee intelligent thermostats. There will be a TV in every bedroom, the ships watch, and the great room. A new entertainment game table will be added to the ships watch to make it a game room with an epic view. The bed configuration will feature three kings, one queen, and two singles all with new linens. Outside, there will be new deck furnishings and a six-person hot tub.
