Ocean breezes welcome you as you step onto the top floor deck, and you can climb even higher to the roof-top deck, which offers captivating 360-degree views of the barrier island, a rare vantage point anywhere along the Outer Banks.
With six full baths, two half baths, nine TVs, an elevator that reaches every floor, and free high-speed wireless internet, this Kill Devil Hills home is built for large family groups who like room to spread out. Four parking spaces mean everyone in your party has a place to land.

A large island with seating along two sides is the focal point of a well-appointed kitchen. Just off the dining area is an expansive deck that leads to an even higher view of the Outer Banks. Built higher than normal for an OBX vacation home, you're bound to be at one of the tallest elevations of all the homes around. Imagine waking up in the morning, sipping your coffee and watching the sun rise over the ocean from a vantage point like that! There is also a king bedroom with a private bath, a half bath in the great room, and an additional washer and dryer set on the third floor.
The Kill Devil Hills Location
Kill Devil Hills sits in the heart of the Outer Banks, close to grocery stores, surf shops, colorful boutiques, and dining that ranges from finer restaurants to easy family fare along the beach road and the bypass. Bike and walking paths, playgrounds, a community skate park, go-carts, bowling, miniature golf, laser-tag, and the movies are all nearby, and the Wright Brothers Memorial, home to a reproduction of the 1903 Wright Flyer, is a short trip away. Water sports are available on both the ocean and the sound, and lifeguards are stationed every half-mile along this stretch of beach during the summer season.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees. 2026 pool open dates are 5/10/2026 to 10/4/2026 and 2027 pool open dates are 5/9/2027 to 10/3/2027, with pool heat available for $450.00.
