captivating 360* views of the barrier island!

The top floor of The Wright State of Mind fosters an open floor plan and is accompanied with truly memorable views - there is a clear view of
the Wright Brothers National Memorial and the ocean all right from the great room! A large island with seating along two sides is the focal point to a well-appointed
kitchen, where a Keurig as well as a normal coffee maker are available. Just off the dining area is an expansive deck, that includes a spiral staircase to an even higher view of the Outer Banks. Built higher than normal for an OBX
vacation home, you're bound to be at one of the tallest elevations of all the homes around. Imagine waking up in the morning, sipping your coffee and watching the sun
rise over the ocean from a vantage point like that! There is also a king bedroom with a private bath and a walk-in closet, a half bath in the great room, and an additional washer and dryer
set on the third floor.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.
Beach Access: The nearest beach access is the Atlantic Street Public Beach Access (219 yds. from the property).
