Sweet Carolina is an easy walk to the beach and is a few minutes to the sound. View gorgeous sunsets, fish or crab from the Port Trinite dock. Step out front to community tennis courts and two community pools, one of which is right on the sound. The Duck walking path is close by, perfect for a morning jog, evening stroll or bike ride to downtown Duck!
This oceanside beach house has a reverse floor plan to take advantage of idyllic sound and sunset views from the top floor which includes a spacious deck. Enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning surrounded by beautiful oak trees!

Great room that includes an open remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 4, dining room that seats 8 and living room with sliding door to a large l-shaped sun deck. Dine al fresco while enjoying the sound view! Bedroom (King with adjoining full bath with large shower, double sinks and access from hall).
