OCEANVIEW Waves - Sea Vista Dr. - The fictional KOKOMO revealed a tropical heaven in quintessential Beach Boys fashion: as a calming place to get away from it all. With the ocean just three tons to the east and the sound not far to the west, this six-bedroom/five-full and two-half-bath home is perched on a rarer body of water on Hatteras Island, a lake. A huge Intelligent TV anchors the living space, but the place you may find yourself docking the most is in the upper-level tower room or outside on the wrap-around deck where the vistas in any direction never disappoint. The bed configuration will be changing to three king masters, two queen bedrooms, and a master bedroom with two pyramid bunk beds. All TVs are now mounted Intelligent TVs with Renternet services. New kitchenware, new kitchen upgrades, and new appliances including an Instapot, slow cooker, and air fryer. New home décor throughout elevating the space. Two new arcade games, new board games, and new puzzles. New lighting around the pool area and hot tub.
