OCEANVIEW Waves — Sea Vista Dr. — The fictional KOKOMO revealed a tropical heaven in quintessential Beach Boys fashion: as a calming place to get away from it all. With the ocean just three tons to the east and the sound not far to the west, this six-bedroom/five-full and two-half-bath home is perched on a rarer body of water on Hatteras Island, a lake. Appreciate the privacy this natural barrier provides as you take a dip in the 15’ x 30’ ground-level pool or drift away in an adjacent chaise lounge on the sunny patio. A huge Intelligent TV anchors the living space, but the place you may find yourself docking the most is in the upper-level tower room or outside on the wrap-around deck where the vistas in any direction never disappoint.
