Oceanside Court offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom stand-alone cottages as well as efficiency accommodations. The Mariner's Cottage at Oceanside Court is a stand-alone 2-bedroom cottage. The roomy living area allows for pure relaxation. You will also find a fully functional kitchen with a microwave and dining area as well as a full shared bathroom. Guests can choose between the bedroom with a Queen and Twin Bed or the other bedroom with a Full bed. In front of the cottage is a covered area with a bench seating area where you can spend your evenings hanging out and listening to the waves crash on the beach. Enjoy sitting outside the cottage watching the sights and sounds of Oceanside Court.

Just steps from the beach, this historic cottage court is perfect for family, couples, surfing, and fishing getaways. You can even prepare the day's catch at the fish cleaning station located on the property. Wash the sand off using the outdoor shower. Grab your favorite beverage and sit outside at the picnic table while the grill master grills the night's dinner at the charcoal grills. Parking passes are required for the Village Beach Club. Pricing is dynamic based on demand, with a maximum of $15 per day or $45 per week. The Village Beach Club pool is open from May 20 to October 1. The pool is open daily from 8:00am to 7:00pm with lap swimming available from 8:00am to 9:00am.
