A huge outdoor shower with changing area welcomes you back from the beach after a day in the sun and surf. Toss your beach towels in the wash (the laundry room/beach gear storage is accessible by an outside entrance under the home), throw some burgers on the charcoal grille, and shoot some baskets in the basketball goal. Unwind and dry off from the beach at the picnic table in the car port. Inside, choose from 4 comfortable bedrooms – 2 king, 1 queen and a bunk room. The first level is home to a king bedroom (with a private entrance into the first level hall bathroom) and a bunk room with pyramid bunk and single bed with trundle, which is well-suited for the kids. The close by kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare the daily meals and the French-door refrigerator accommodates your family’s needs. Keep the food in the full size pantry next to the kitchen, never have to visit the store to stock up during the week. The dining table seats 8, or step out to the screened porch for dining al fresco. The deck is also where you’ll find the bubbly hot tub and seating for conversation beneath the stars. Step up to the loft game room for a game of air hockey or to kick back in front of the sizable flat screen cable TV.
