FISH TALES includes 15 TVs and 14 DVD players throughout the home, plus convenient elevator access (note: six steps lead to ground level elevator entrance). The exterior boasts 12 parking spaces, 2 outdoor showers, gas grill, and a cabana perfect for poolside relaxation. Enjoy the volleyball area and basketball hoop for active fun, while the seasonal fireplace (October-March) adds warmth during cooler months.
Updates for 2024: New outdoor TV in the cabana bar, new refrigerators in the kitchen, new tile showers in both second floor bedrooms' bathrooms, and the upper back deck and stairs were updated.
Pool: The 30.0 x 13.0 private pool. Pool season runs from early April through late October, with heating available for $600.
Elevator: There are six steps up to access the elevator on the ground level. It opens on the foyer on the first floor, and in the dining area on the second (top) floor.
2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
