Conscience Point also offers a one-of- a-kind private fenced in play/pool area with a personal sport court. The lower level game room has two classic arcade-style video games. Guests will also enjoy a high-end audio/video system with 1080p 42" HDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, Wii and surround sound. You'll be in heaven at Conscience Point!

This exquisite home is professionally decorated with style and comfort for a relaxed family vacation surrounded by beauty and a variety of activities. Hatteras Island Estates is the area's premier planned vacation community, boasting professional Caribbean landscaping and access to the pier and beach! This beautiful, narrow strip of island affords panoramic sound to ocean views, watersports, and world-renowned fishing. It's a short walk to the beach and the Rodanthe Pier. Equipped to the hilt, you'll have everything needed to build life-long vacation memories, including a large fenced-in yard for children and/or pets (dogs only please - 3 dog limit with additional pet fee), a large sport court with 2 basketball goals, paddle tennis, volleyball, a 450 square feet putting green, and play area for the tots. The owners have added Pickleball for even more fun!

Private 28x11 pool with optional heat ($400) is available from the second week of April through the third week of October.

For 2026, this home will include credit for $315 in beach gear rentals from our partners at VayK Life. Stay between April 3rd and October 18th, 2026 (tentative dates, 7-night minimum), and use your beach gear credit for items such as bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards, and more!
