COASTAL SOL accommodates large groups with 24 bedrooms featuring 20 private baths, including 17 king suites, 3 queen bedrooms, and 8 pyramid bunks. With 22 full bathrooms and 4 half baths throughout the home, plus an elevator for easy access between floors, every guest enjoys comfort and convenience. The home welcomes up to 2 dogs with fee and offers 24 parking spaces for seamless arrivals.

Entertainment & Amenities

Entertainment abounds with 30 TVs throughout the property, a dedicated home theater, and multiple recreation rooms. The outdoor amenities are equally impressive, featuring the large private pool (open seasonally with optional heating for $900), cabana, hot tub, gas grill, and 2 outdoor showers. A seasonal fireplace (October-March) adds cozy ambiance during cooler months.

Thank you for helping to protect the dune beyond the fenced pool area. The dune is not available/accessible to guests.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump for additional fee. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max. pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Special Access Amenities: There is a ramp leading to the front entrance, and an elevator. Please note that none of our homes are ADA compliant.
