All 24 bedrooms have private baths, so everyone in your group has an ensuite bath of their own for the entire stay. Spacious common areas include an oceanview open atrium rec room with walls of windows, a two-story open entrance foyer, a generous kitchen, an additional kitchenette, and four full levels of living space.

Carolina Breeze is built for large groups looking for space and comfort. The airy great room features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the ocean and flows into a roomy kitchen and multiple dining areas. Entertainment highlights include a rec room with a pool table that opens to the great room, a media room for movie nights, and Smart TVs in each bedroom (29 TVs in all). An elevator provides access to all four levels, and 24 parking spaces mean there is room for every car in your group. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, and up to two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

Outdoors, catch fresh sea breezes on the mid-level sun deck, or take a refreshing dip in the 30 x 15 private pool, complete with a covered poolside bar, outdoor shower, outdoor half bath, and a hot tub. Kill Devil Hills

Located at Milepost 9, Carolina Breeze places you in the heart of the Outer Banks with direct beach access just beyond your private walkway. Kill Devil Hills is convenient to several grocery stores, shopping, and a wide variety of dining options, from finer restaurants to casual family fare, all within easy reach along the beach road and the bypass. Water sports are available on both the ocean and the sound, and lifeguards are stationed every half-mile along this stretch of beach during the summer season.

Close to many parks, guests enjoy a network of bike and walking paths, a community skate park, and playgrounds, plus go-carts, bowling, miniature golf, laser tag, and the movies. The Wright Brothers Memorial, a treasured national historic site honoring the first airplane flown in 1903, is a short drive away. Venture off the main roads to Colington Island, where fresh seafood is caught and sold and a narrow road winds through maritime forest toward the sound. Check-in is on Saturday.

Pool Dates: 2026 pool open 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026; 2027 pool open 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027. Pool heat is available for $600.00 in both the 2026 and 2027 seasons.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Special Access Amenities: A ground floor queen bedroom offers a special access bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.

3.) You are welcome to log into your personal TV accounts for other channels/apps. Your accounts will be logged out automatically on your checkout date.
