All 24 bedrooms feature private baths, ensuring every guest enjoys ensuite convenience during their stay. The home's spacious common areas showcase an oceanview open atrium rec room with walls of windows, a two-story open entrance foyer, a fully equipped kitchen with double appliances, an additional kitchenette, and seamless flow across four levels of living space.

CAROLINA BREEZE excels in both entertainment and relaxation. The airy great room features floor-to-ceiling windows framing endless ocean views, while incorporating a roomy kitchen and multiple dining areas. Entertainment highlights include an atrium-style rec room with pool table and foosball that opens to the great room above, a dedicated media room with 100" projection screen TV for movie nights, and 29 TVs throughout the home. An elevator provides convenient access to all four levels.

The outdoor experience is equally impressive with fresh sea breezes on the mid-level sun deck, a 30x15 private pool, outdoor shower, and hot tub. Your private walkway leads directly to the pristine Outer Banks beach, putting this premier destination right at your doorstep.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Special Access Amenities: A ground floor queen bedroom offers a special access bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.
