This custom-built home showcases breezy, open architecture across four expansive levels, ensuring every guest enjoys privacy with ensuite bathrooms in all 24 bedrooms. Spacious common areas flow seamlessly together, including an oceanview open atrium recreation room with walls of windows, a two-story entrance foyer, a fully-equipped kitchen, plus an additional kitchenette for convenience.

The heart of this Kill Devil Hills retreat features an airy great room with floor-to-ceiling windows framing endless ocean panoramas. Entertainment options abound with a recreation room featuring a pool table, a dedicated media room with 100" projection screen, and 29 TVs throughout the home. The elevator provides effortless access to all four levels, making this oceanfront home perfect for guests of all ages.

Step outside to discover your private oasis: a 30x15 foot private pool with built-in baby pool, hot tub, covered poolside cabana bar, outdoor shower, and gas grills. Your own beach walkway with stairs and built-in seating leads directly to the Atlantic Ocean, putting the Outer Banks' premier attraction at your doorstep.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Special Access Amenities: A ground floor queen bedroom offers a special access bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars.

Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.
1.) Sign in with your checkout date on screen per instructions.
2.) Select "Live TV" icon for Roku TV broadcasting.
3.) You are welcome to log into your personal TV accounts for other channels/apps. Your accounts will be logged out automatically on your checkout date.

2027 Holiday Week Check-In: Our offices will be closed on December 25, 2027 for the Christmas Day holiday. If your 2027 lease check-in date is on Christmas Day please note that we will work to make special arrangements to alter your check-in date.
