This custom home stuns with breezy, open architecture and 11,000 square feet of living space. All bedrooms have private baths, so everyone in your group will have access to an en suite bath during their stay. Spacious common areas include an oceanview open atrium rec room with walls of windows, a 2-story open entrance foyer, a spacious kitchen, an additional kitchenette, and four levels of living space.
Carolina Breeze is perfect for groups looking for space and comfort. The airy great room features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame endless ocean views, and incorporates a roomy kitchen and multiple dining areas. Entertainment features include a rec room with a pool table (that is open to the great room), a media room for movie nights, and Smart TVs in each bedroom. An elevator provides access to all four levels.
Outdoors, enjoy fresh sea breezes on the mid-level sun deck to soak up the sun's rays, or take a refreshing dip in the private pool, with a built-in baby pool, covered poolside bar, outdoor shower, outdoor half bath, and two poolside hot tubs. Your very own walkway leads directly to the beach, where you can enjoy the Outer Banks' finest attraction, right at your doorstep.

The ground level of this home includes 11 total bedrooms, nine of which are kings. The queen bedroom on this level has special access amenities: a roll under sink, low barrier shower, grab bars, and shower seat. (Four of the king bathrooms have tub/shower combos, and the other rooms all have tile showers). The 11th room has two twin bunks (this bathroom has a tile shower). Laundry facilities are available on this level.
Please note that two of the ground floor bedrooms are located poolside, and are accessed by walking outside via a covered cabana bar. These two rooms have tile showers.
This level also offers a kitchenette with full fridge, four-seat table, dishwasher, sink, and freestanding ice maker. Outside, enjoy the backyard, featuring a shaded cabana bar area that includes a half bath, two gas grills, an outdoor shower, built-in baby pool, two hot tubs, and private access to the beach. The gazebo opens to a sand path that leads to the Atlantic!

Indoor entertainment is the highlight of the first floor. The stunning rec room features a unique atrium style design that opens to the great room above, and includes walls of windows overlooking the ocean, a pool table, and a foosball table. An adjacent media room provides a cozy place to enjoy that movie you've been waiting to watch - there is a 100" projection screen TV. Laundry facilities are available on this level (there is an additional washer/dryer set on the ground floor). Step outside to the sun deck, which leads on towards your private beach access. Seven kings with private baths are located on this level, three with bathtub/shower combos and four with tile showers.

The top floor is the ultimate place to gather with family and friends, featuring soaring ceilings, breathtaking views, and plenty of space to spread out. The living area is arranged around a large flat screen TV and seasonal electric fireplace. If you're ready to enjoy a group meal, the stocked kitchen includes double stainless appliances (six burner 48" gas range, two refrigerators, two ovens, two microwaves, three dishwashers), as well as two long wine bars, a spacious kitchen center island, and a separate pantry. Or, if you want to relax completely, there are many local companies that will come to your home to prepare an unforgettable meal. A covered deck provides a shady spot to enjoy the sea breezes and the waves rolling in. Bedding on this level includes three kings with private baths, one of which has access to a west-facing deck and a separate tub and shower. The second west-facing room has a shower, and the third room has a bathtub/shower combo.

Third Floor

The top level can be accessed by stairs or the elevator (which moves through all four levels), and is the perfect floor for teens or kids to stay. There are three bedrooms, each with two twin bunks, meaning there is total space for 12 to sleep. All of the three baths on this floor have tubs.

Updates for 2022: New outdoor furniture was added to the home. The hot tub on the dune deck was replaced by a new pool area hot tub, and the old hot tub was removed.
Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 05/04/2024 - 09/21/2024. Service dates for the 2025 season are 05/03/25 - 09/20/25. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.
EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.
Special Access Amenities: A ground floor queen bedroom offers a special access bath with roll-under sink, low barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars.
Pool: Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.
TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.
