All 24 bedrooms have private baths, so everyone in your group will have access to an ensuite bath during their stay. Spacious common areas include an oceanview open atrium rec room with walls of windows, a two-story open entrance foyer, a generous kitchen, an additional kitchenette, and four levels of living space connected by an elevator.

Carolina Breeze is perfect for large groups looking for space and comfort. The airy great room features floor-to-ceiling windows that frame endless ocean views, and incorporates a roomy kitchen and multiple dining areas. Entertainment features include a rec room with a pool table (open to the great room), a media room for movie nights, and Smart TVs in each bedroom, with 29 TVs throughout the home. Free high-speed wireless internet keeps everyone connected, and 24 parking spaces mean there is room for the whole crowd to arrive.

Outdoors, enjoy fresh sea breezes on the mid-level sun deck to soak up the sun's rays, or take a refreshing dip in the 30 x 15 private pool, with a built-in baby pool, covered poolside bar, outdoor shower, outdoor half bath, and a hot tub. Your very own walkway leads directly to the beach, where you can enjoy the Outer Banks' finest attraction, right at your doorstep. Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee, an EV charger is available onsite, and this OBX vacation rental features Saturday check-in.

Kill Devil Hills places you in the heart of the Outer Banks, close to grocery stores, shopping, and dining that ranges from finer restaurants to family fare along the beach road and the bypass. Nearby you will find bike and walking paths, playgrounds, go-carts, bowling, miniature golf, and the Wright Brothers Memorial, where the age of aviation began in 1903.

Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2026 season are 05/02/26 - 09/19/26. Service dates for the 2027 season are 05/01/2027 - 09/18/2027. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. This complimentary service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in/check-out day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Beach Services. Additional add-on services and other rentals are available upon request for an additional charge.

EV Charger: A payment of approximately $0.45/kWh is required to use the onsite charger. Payment is made via a QR-code available on the charger at the house.

Special Access Amenities: A ground floor queen bedroom offers a special access bath with roll-under sink, low-barrier shower, shower seat, and grab bars.

Pool: The 2026 pool season runs 4/4/2026 - 10/24/2026 and the 2027 pool season runs 3/27/2027 - 10/23/2027, with pool heat available for $600.00. Pool heated by heat pump. Ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.

Pets: Two dogs are welcome with an additional fee.

TV Information: The Roku TVs are in Guest Mode upon arrival.

3.) You are welcome to log into your personal TV accounts for other channels/apps. Your accounts will be logged out automatically on your checkout date.
