A family BBQ by the pool will be a breeze on the gas grille. A sand volleyball court is also available for fun play and an outdoor shower/changing area is convenient for fast cleanup.

The first of six bedrooms is located on the first floor with two sets of bunk beds and its own private bath. On the second floor, you will find four more main bedrooms, all with king-size beds, private full baths, and flatscreen HDTVs with Blu-ray players. Each of the second-level bedrooms has its own access to the second-level deck featuring striking vistas of the ocean. Just imagine falling asleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach right outside your door. Located on the top floor is a giant main suite with a king-size bed and its own oceanfront private deck access. Step outside to watch for shooting stars or listen to some calming music from the top deck area while you watch the waves roll into the shoreline.

Appreciate your morning coffee, while the sun rises over the shining blue Atlantic Ocean from the wall of windows in the roomy great room on the main level floor. A commercial ice maker and commercial six-burner gas grille with a griddle, two dishwashers, and a wine/drink cooler is just a start. You will find a humongous gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops that will provide you with everything you could dream of for preparing those special family meals together.
