Every bedroom at Beach Blessing features deck access, making it easy for everyone to get out and enjoy the sunshine. Enjoy cooking meals together in the full kitchen or on the backyard grill. Everyone (including the family dog!) will find their own spot in the sun at this lovely home.

Many updates have been completed for 2026, including fresh paint throughout, updated bathrooms, new LVP flooring on the entire top level, new doors with updated hardware throughout, a tiki bar near the pool, outdoor lighting on the pool deck, a game table for enhanced outdoor entertainment, additional outdoor seating on the deck and the pool area, built-in bunk beds (twin over twin, twin over full with charging stations) in the kid's bedroom, and more!

The top level exudes charm and character with bright and airy natural light and a juniper accent ceiling. Enjoy an open concept with a large great room with a sectional sofa, a wall of windows with ocean views, an open kitchen complete with ample counter space with seating for 4, lots of storage, and a pantry. Enjoy meals in the dining area for 8, or step outside onto the large screen porch to dine al fresco. A convenient powder room and a primary king bedroom with an en suite bath complete the top level of Beach Blessing.

On the mid level, another king en suite can be found, as well as 3 more bedrooms (a queen bedroom, a bedroom with a queen and a daybed with a trundle, and a bedroom with a a bunk bed and a pyramid bunk bed), all with a private access to a covered deck overlooking the pool, and access to a shared full bath. Please note, there is no longer a hammock on the mid level deck.

The ground level features a dry entry from the large carport and laundry area with a washer and dryer.
